Nivara Wellness 20-Day Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 20 days of the delivery date.

  • To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

  • Certain products that are personal-use or hygienic items (such as skincare tools or opened supplements) are non-returnable for safety reasons.

Return Process

  1. Email our support team at shop.nivarawellness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. In the subject line title it, RETURN or REFUND.

  2. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping your item.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please reach out to shop.nivarawellness@gmail.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us for assistance.
